Story

This Story is subject to change as he develops

Born in a part of the city in which crime was high and the only way to make it through was to either steal what you needed or kill for what you needed. Victor grew up as a part of a low lieing gang that had a firm hold over the territory that he was raised in. Victor despite being a young kid, was taught by the 'master' of the Gang to be capable of stealing and taking what he desired. This got the Montre into a lot of trouble as he grew older.
Being with the Gang developed Victor's skills and knowledge in guns and knives. And he is not afraid to kill something to get what he wants. Despite this, Victor would rather bluff his way into things rather than use unnecessary force. This train of thought got him into trouble with others from the gang and he was often thrusted into situations by his gang mates in which he was required to kill in order to get what was needed done.
Victor was a part of the gang for several years, up into his early teenage years. And he was considered to be the Gang Leaders adopted son seeing as the two had formed a rather deep bond with one another. It was only a few days after Victor's 14th birthday that the gang leader was brutally shot down and taken from them. During which, Victor stayed with the man on his death bed... the mans dieing wish to be that Victor took over the gang. Which Victor gladly did.

Location: Due to his past, and what he is. Victor is almost always on the move, he can commonly be found in Aidenell's manor to escape from watching eyes and often can be found with his cell mate Destiny in his library. These are both safe havens for him.

Appearance

Hair: Soft curls flow down the edges of his face, hair is a mixture of Light and Dark Brown. He generally wears it high up in the back, mostly working in a high top pony tail.
Eyes: Crystal like Golden eyes, very feminine to their features with long black lashes. Often wears eye shadow to help draw away from the golden eyes.
Build: Muscled, not extremely muscled but fairly fit for his age. Due to being in a gang, and being the gang leader he had a lot of training, thus he has that fairly toned feature to him. Namely his legs are muscled, he has powerful kicks behind him.
Complexion: Pale, semi-grayed skin.

Common Attire: Victor wears a heavy black trench coat that has several long belts hanging from the back of it. Underneath he wears a midriff lengthed black mesh shirt, and below that a small black wrap around that goes down to his waist. He doesn't wear pants often, and generally has his jacket to cover himself up. He wears mesh knee high socks and laced up boots.
Piercings: Several piercings along his right ear, and 1 central piercing in his left ear. Generally wears large Hoop Earrings but can also be seen wearing balls, studs and smaller hoops.
Tattoos: Has a large set of Angelic wings tattooed in the middle of his back just below his actual wings.
Other: Has several scars along his legs and arms, and one rather large gash that runs down his entire spine to the base of his tail. One very large cut cuts across his left buttocks and goes straight down at an angle to where his genitalia are.

Personality:Victor is a cruel, calculative person. He was trained in his youth to be completely ruthless to anything and anyone. This was slammed into his head as the only way to get what he wants. He's a thief, and a murder... and is not afraid to speak about what he's done to victims in the past. Despite these things being beaten into his mindset, Victor is not completely heartless. He doesn't see anything to gain from those weaker than him. And often times leaves anything that he feels is weak, or inferior alone.
