Why can't I leave it unsaid?

Kana was once a bounty hunter in Pridd's neighboring country of Cydwedd, as well as something of a pirate enthusiast. His biggest dream in life was to one day meet the famous pirate, Captain Bartholomew Roberts - but unfortunately, this dream never came true for Kana. Quite by... accident, he wound up in Theede, the land of the Gods of Pridd, and once there was unable to return to his mortal life. Still, the ever-optimistic Kana worked as something of an errand-runner for the Gods for many, many years, trying to make the best of this sudden twist in the tale of his life. When Andi came to Theede as a confused youngster, he and Kana were instant friends - perhaps because their very talkative natures meant they never lacked conversation!

When Andi became a God himself, he chose Kana to be his second-in-command - the one in charge of Andi's court of followers (much to the chagrin of Telamaine). Although baffled by Andi's offer, Kana could not refuse his best friend and took up his new position in Theede with pride.

Much like Andi, Kana has a fascination with his old mortal life, and he is known for sneaking down to the mortal plane at the most inappropriate of times. Usually, he can be found in a bar at a sea-side town, nursing a drink made of the finest dark rum and listening to the latest rumors about his oldest and truest love: pirates.

Kana speaks with a bit of a funny accent, and when he really gets talking (which is often), he can be hard to understand. Don't worry, though: sooner or later, he really will stop talking. Sometimes, it's just better to not get him started.
