Residing in a hidden underwater cave betwixt the Omen Islands and the Sacred Lands, is a hidden den of a sea witch filled to the brim with the things she has plundered from ships both passing and sunk. She specializes in invoking disasters, and depending on her mood, she can call it off if the ship pays her the correct price to stop or just lets the waves ravage the vessel to claim the spoils. Stichz is capricious and ever-changing as the moon that controls the tides, and just as dangerous as the latter. For what purposes she is taking these things are unknown to everyone but one.

She's known by many things-- the East Witch, the Red Tide, and to a certain pirate, 'you', but said in a tone dripping in either in contempt or fondness depending on the day.

However, that isn't to say that she does not care for anything. There is a pirate who she has skirmished with time and time again, and there is a protege, and she's fiercely loyal to both... most of the time.
