Bubba Joe is a strong, slow Mortiking. He is his person's first pet. She found him when she was a little girl as he scavenged for food in the trash can behind her house. She was taking a load of trash out, and found the little blue guy. He was a pale blue color, but as he got better, the shade on his skin got darker and yellow and white designs began appearing on his hide. Bubba, as he likes to be called (unless he's in trouble), is a bit of a prankster. True, many of his pranks are foiled before they get that far, but he finds joy in making others laugh. His favorite target is Splat, who almost always see the prank being set up. She humors him, though, laughing thoroughly at the thought of him being able to catch her unawares. When Tavi came to live with the bunch, there was a bit of a scuffle for place. Tavi was jealous of Bubba's time with their person, not realizing that she was attempting to divide her free time equally. Once they found this out, they all settled nicely together.
