Hey there, my name is Feuerschweif.

I used to be the biggest hothead in town, getting into fights more often than not - kind of comes with constantly having your tail on fire. But guess what? Turned out I can cool down after all.

You see, there's this girl I met. Scribble Demi, somewhat angelic coloring - looks like she jumped out of a little girls sketchbook, honestly. Her mentality, too: You'd almost expect her to summon all those sparkly, rainbow-spewing unicorns and start throwing glitter at people. She'd even walk right up to the meanest looking bloodred pet around and ask him if he's hurt!
And you know what the worst is? When he actually held out his paw, it was really just for her to put a bandaid on! Didn't even try to scratch her. Turns out that around 90-95% of the time, she's actually right about people being nicer than they look. And she does stay clear of the really bad guys, so I guess she can recognize these, too, and more reliably than most of us.

Oh, me? Yes, she approached me, too. Much the same way really, just walked up and asked me what I was so angry about.
Didn't exactly take 'everything!' as an answer, either. I was this close to exploding when her naive questioning actually got me to the point where I realized myselv that 'everything' was actually pretty much 'nothing at all'. Note that it took her severall weeks, if not months, to get me there. Been talking to me day after day, helped me crawl to the healer everytime I got to the bad end of one of those fights I picked... And, little by little, showed me that it's worth to calm down and listen sometimes.

I still like to fight, and I still get into fights, but now it's more like a sport most of the time. I got a good job at the Card Game Store, I can talk to people without wanting to hit them, I even have friends now!
And, most importantly, I have a family now. Because guess who's the lucky one who managed to ask Pfoetchen and get a 'yes' for an answer? Yep, that was me! And I don't regrett a thing.
