Brainstorming!
Perhaps the good color and the bad color? Like The Village (ha)- the whole world is either the good and bad color. It's very pretty. But what if it's both colors depending on what perspective you see it from? Like the hat story, is the hat green or red, it's both on different sides. It leads people to argue.
The hood itself is something seen in the woods which is scary and bad. Sometimes it herds people to safety, and sometimes people disappear.
Maybe sometimes it's about being both colors- is he both red and yellow at the same time or is he orange? The good and bad colors make a pretty world, but orange also makes a pretty world. But how to make this good without it being preachy about "nothing is black and white blah blah blah"
Is the forest itself brown like in the movie (which had beautiful colors) or is it an autumn forest? The autumn colors go with the theme, but I need to explore the imagery more in this case.

Next steps are to find interesting treasure and minion items and build an #aesthetic
(I'm leaning toward nostalgic now for its colors, and that it appears manmade which is intriguing for such a creature)

To-do: Single column profile? (am I a one trick pony?) with trees along the side up and down like Overcoat- the current background is good, trees dark and silhouettes running vertical. HORIZONTAL PROFILE????
Some kind of story that's not just copying Overcoat's little poetry. Will need to find some inspo- might be time to watch some scary movies.
