HISTORY:
Hoggle lived in the Labyrinth under King Jareth's reign his whole life. He spent his days shooting fairies with his dart gun and obeying Jareth's every command.
One day, while he was on a fairy hunt, Sarah came to him, asking if he knew the way into the Labyrinth (this was at the beginning of her journey to rescue her baby brother, Toby). He led her in and went back to his business. He and Sarah had another encounter when she was trapped in an underground prison. Hoggle helped her escape in return for her plastic bracelet - Hoggle is very fond of jewelry. After that Hoggle and Sarah were good friends until Jareth made Hoggle lead Sarah back to the beginning of the Labyrinth...he didn't actually do it. Jareth also forced Hoggle into giving Sarah a poisoned peach that partially erased her memory and gave her strange dreams.
Sarah and Hoggle eventually rejoined and are still the best of friends. Sir. Didymus, -Ludo-, and -Hoggle visit her often.
