Asad is the king of a land that is only accessible through forests. Because until recently the way to this world has been forgotten Asad is rather... unknowing of any earth tradition and even some emotions. He isn't a bad man he just sorta goes after things literally. When he first arrived some very bad things happened to him in a very short amount of time. These things made him bitter towards anyone he sees doing something that is normally seen upon by society as bad. Animal cruelty is a sure way to get beaten up by Asad. He hates animal cruelty most of all.
He isn't all bad,though. Most good people he meets usually like him. Although some find him a bit condescending at times. That's only because he misses his subjects so he treats the occasional human like one. Although humans are far from being near the level his race has reached.
