a human knight trapped in dragon form. sacrificed himself to save his kingdom. He can no longer communicate with words, but his allegiances to protect the land still stand strong. It's been centuries now and his story is but a legend, some don't believe he used to be human and write it off as a myth. possibily twist the story into him being bitter as time goes by and people forget what he did. overall this character is supposed to represent everything that is "good" but even that can twist in time.. maybe?? alternatively, maybe he made the sacrifice originally because he was lied to.

inspired by hamtaro and sailor moon.a pet goldfish who is kept in a fishbowl by a little girl.whenever fish is alone she leaves her bowl and fights crime/evil.was born out of the little girl calling the fish her hero for no real reason at all, but the love and hope in that moment was very powerful and transformed fish.unbeknownst to the little girl. she's actually a magikarp gijinka but this is more of an AU take on her idea.

Pillowings are a closed species on deviantart, creatures that are hand crafted and brought to life to serve some purpose- even if it's just comfort.Sprout is a very small and rudimentary pillowing scrapped together by a poverty struck farmer as a gift for his daughter. He already has his own working Pillowing - Bud- which will be included in her story; But Sprout herself was meant to be a companion to the daughter as well as teach her about plant growth and life. responsibility. etc. Sprout is a very happy creature most of the time with a childlike innocence to her. She does suffer from SAD however and is very sensitive to weather changes. she's very endearing overall. I think her story MAY involve the daughter dying, but i'm not certain.

Just a regular nomadic, kind-hearted, mindful deer. "Pure of heart" even. One day on his travels he follows some peculiar looking fireflies into an overgrown forest. as he is lead deeper into the forest the surroundings become more and more ethereal and otherworldly. Herb takes notice but doesn't feel alarmed, he still feels a pull towards the forest and compelled to follow the fireflies, as if they're deliberately guiding him. eventually the trek leads to the former forest spirit in which he telepathetically seems to communicate with without words. Herb was chosen. the echo of this spirit blesses him and he takes on the role of the protector of the forest and all living things within the bounds. his physical appearance changes over time as he becomes one with nature.

scoop is literally just my happy pet. he's a character i've had for many, many years. He doesn't really exist within a developed world or anything like that, he mostly just has a personality. he's very child-like, high energy and naive. loves sweet things. a natural curiosity to him and playfulness. his "story" here on subeta isn't super serious. just a fun little rhyme! Scoop is actually my go-to character to draw whenever I hit a serious art block. or when I want to try out new styles of drawing.

My idea for witch is essentially based on the idea that "witches" would be different, in different parts of the worlds and climates and cultures. also how "magic" lore differs in parts of the world. SO. my idea for witch is that she's a voo-doo witch doctor deep in the rain forest or some sort of jungle. and instead of the tradiional black cat, she has a panther as familiar. or possibly shapeshifts into a panther herself? I don't think she's evil. more of a chaotic neutral, maybe even a chaotic good.

I haven't 100% figured out if Echo is immortal or if she's a mortal being. but she's an old character of mine. Her name is Atka, which means guardian spirit. She's has a very motherly type aura. a peary caribou centaur inuit woman who wanders the frozen tundras in search of anyone lost. physically or emotionally. she brings comfort to them, or healing magic if needed. she acts as a spiritual guide. It's fabled that the windchimes on her antlers can be heard throughout the silence of the cold, communicating just what one needs to hear in that particular moment.

My original idea for fruit kind of died out. the basics of it was that there was this entire world of fairies, but they're what we regard as pests- fruit flies. Fruit was going to be some sort of representation of this world and probably a fairy themself in regards to physical design. but I'm uncertain, now. I need to think about it more. but It could be cool to have the profile showcase several different fruits and fairies that feed off that particular energy. IE pear fairy. etc. Just need to figure out if I still have inspiration for this particular idea. my roadblock was It felt really hard to find quality fairy items for the TC.

Six is a demonic presence of some sort. that's about as far as my idea goes. I want the number to be very significant in the story. maybe he's the sixth summon of some ritual or the sixth sigil of an altar. or.. I have no idea. he needs to be absolutely dark and sinister though. no room for any light.

Castle is a abstract tribute pet to two pets that were very important to me. My old dog- Castle, and my old cat- Charlie. It's an abstract tribute because it's a fictional story. The story idea is that of a Prince and his pet. The prince's name is Charlie. He's an anxious and troubled boy, struggles with a lot of feelings of inadequacy and uncertainty in regards to his future to become king. he is granted an animal companion and over time the pet helps him in very impactful ways in his relationship with himself. ultimately leading up to some great climax in which the pet literally saves him and not just figuratively. I want the story to overall reflect on how important pets are in our lives. how animals can literally change our lives and how powerful the bond can be. Castle's design is going to be a mixture of my two past pets.

I HAVE NO IDEA AT ALL. I might revitalize my old creepy carny. but I'm not super inspired by that idea. I need to think on the ol' creepster.

Bliss is a weird one! the word holds some significance in my life, so I feel very attached. Bliss is this euphoric feeling I have tied to love. she's like a weird abstract self insert in some type of way. her TC is full of things that sort of remind me of a calm and quiet life, remind me that the world is beautiful and you can achieve things. Enjoy the little things. She's basically a representative if I was just completely happy and healthy. she's definitely not me, though. but I have this weird connection to her. no Idea if I'll keep this idea or develop something further but this is the groundwork i'm working with.

Tony is Tony Stark. a fanpet! not necessarily iron man, but tony stark for sure. I'm undecided if I want his overlay to reflect ironman or not. maybe? Anyway- not much to write here. He's a fanpet!

I've always really adored spiderman. he's my favourite superhero. so of course I have a fanpet. He's mostly based on the newest iteration of spiderman, Tom Holland's. But I adore Tobey Macguire's spiderman too. and the Spiderverse spiderman. we don't speak of Andrew Garfield. Anyway, that's all- he's a fanpet!

I have an overlay in the works, but moon is essentially a werewolf based on a total lunar eclipse. I'm not sure how that will weigh on the character though, I need to figure that out. maybe they become particularly dangerous in an eclipse? they were probably turned into a werewolf in some sort of ritual during an eclipse. idk, really want to flesh this one out more. I love the design ;_;

Tweet is an aspiring Ornithologist, he absolutely loves birds and has always been drawn to their beauty and variance. he spends a lot of time alone birdwatching and sketching. He's been rescuing and raising birds his whole life. He greatly struggles with building relationships with peers, but has no issues with his birds. He earned the nickname Tweet from bullies growing up, but as he entered early adulthood he reclaimed the name for himself and embraced it.

POSSIBLY my pumpkin patch dragon character, a halloween spirit of sorts? but also could possibly work for a 50's diner waitress who speaks with a southern drawl and calls everyone pumpkin. OuO

I'm thinking coconut may be some sort of pirate character who is affectionately (or maybe degradingly) named coconut for their pure white fur. they feel the need to act tough and be a menace to counteract the expectation the "soft" name gives off. not sure if male or female.

an anonymous writer/photographer who timetravels. very back to the future inspired.he's not looking to change the world, just observe. all throughout history he has left a very small mark. a piece of prose, a short story, a photograph.all signed simply "W". He feels art is the timeless element through history that has impact and value. real name probably wallace, winston, warner, william. last name wells? whitakar?

an immortal being who has lived through everything humanity has shown him. war. disease. revolt. greed. high society and low society.every nook and cranny of the human psyche. and now- the end of it all. by this point, humanity is mostly wiped out and this guy is a disheveled mess of panic attacks, paranoia, and nervous ticks.he's suffering from a slew of things as a result of his experience throughout humanity. now he wanders suffering from loneliness to top it all off. he's just searching for someone, something... anyone... anything.

One of my favourite pets by far, I'm really lost on how exactly I want to design him though.

a dancer who dances so gracefully it looks like the wind is effortlessly carrying her. some sort of story of a girl following her passion, talented/gifted from the beginning. some sort of artistic story/poem about the wind, and dance, and beauty, blahblahblahblah.

Cinema is meant to be a mascot for a subeta group that I don't know if I'll ever make. but I love movies and bond with people over them really easily- cinema is just a fanpet of movies. not sure if I'll keep him if the group never comes to fruition. I do find his treasure chest satisfying however.

Just a sort of parody/fun fanpet of sorts. to no one in particular. but essentially an anime waifu, probably into video games and baking and all cute things. super shy and desu and all of that nonsense. maybe cosplays and things like that. I think a pet like this could be fun, but not sure if I'll ever execute the idea properly.

I really love fennec foxes, and my basic idea for Aw was supposed to be a fennec fox. I may still do this. but I need to revise the TC heavily. the profile Idea that I had was a viral video on a youtube like website (some subeta relevant version of it.) and the video title is just "Awwwww" or something like that. millions of views, just a cute fennec yawning or existing on a pillow or something. No real story, not sure.

I honestly have no idea right now, maybe a pokemon trainer because trinity works as a real name. only other idea i have is some sort of holy spirit, because of the whole trinity thing. I am not too inspired to anything at the moment.

.I just want Poinsettia's entire story to be a lovestory about christmas, essentially. mentioning in great detail everything that I personally love about christmas (it's a long list.) For Poin's story, I want it to start out that he hated christmas, primarily because of his namesake. He was named Poinsettia because of his red hair/fur and the time of year in which he was born. The kids made fun of him, he struggled spelling his own name, all sorts of issues that lead him into hating christmas and himself. but over time, he learned to love christmas. and full circle, it's his name that helped him realise it. he has some sort of epiphany moment when he sees a young family fawning over some Poinsettia's in a local store around the holidays. the joy was evident on their faces; but even more so when the youngest child turned to him and their eyes lit up completely and they exclaimed how he was just like the happy flower.

he's a relatively new character, but here is the basic idea : a young-adult yakuza boy, wants out to persue his love; but currently "stuck" in the ol' "family business"laundering money through their drug front of a restaurant. so essentially he's involved in organized crime and doesn't want to be. he's trying to get out, primarily because he's in love and doesn't want to put them in the line of danger, nor does his family approve of him being romantically involved with anyone. and most of all, he himself doesn't want to throw away his life.

no current idea for satin. possibly some sort of soft artist? I had the idea of making them a betta fish or a goldfish mermaid of sorts. probably a betta. extreeeemly glossy looking fins. no real idea past this though.

my old idea for trendy was always some hipster. that's it. maybe a fashion designer? I have no idea. not super inspired.
