The surroundings couldn't be different to the urban areas of Centropolis that you've just left. No longer are your nostrils full of the delicate aroma of car exhaust fumes mixed with whatever the local takeaway was making for lunch today. Instead, the crisp country air invades your head, bringing with it a slight hint of flowers and a little bit of something that smells distinctly like it recently came from a Hikei.
There's only two buildings in sight, a small cottage which looks like it could do with a fresh lick of paint on the door, and a large greenhouse in the distance. As you gradually walk towards the greenhouse, every new sight makes you turn your head; the vividly coloured flowers growing to your left, the fantastic butterflies flying from plant to plant on your right. Slowing your pace, you try to absorb as much of the detail as you possibly can, even down to the dancing shadows made by the crops waving slightly in the Summer's breeze.
A soft squelching sound attracts your attention back to the grassy path you were walking on, and the realisation that those highly expensive shoes you decided to wear were probably not the best ones to choose. In fact, all the mud now caked over your left shoe, will be almost impossible to clean off.... all assuming it is mud of course, and nothing else.
Another few steps and a soft squelch from under your right foot leaves you cursing your attention span. At least your shoes match each other now - they're both ruined, caked in.... something. Checking the direction you need to go, you approach the greenhouse with your eyes glued to the path in front of you, noticing the grass pathway has an abundance of daisies growing in it.
Suddenly, a small Sql runs out in front of you, tripping you with his busy tail, leaving you to land unceremoniously flat on your face on the grass.
A voice calls out, carried on the breeze, "can I help?" Looking up, you notice a small Aeanoid hurrying along towards you. You were always told not to stare at unusual creatures, but you can't help yourself as you watch the Aeanoid almost gliding across the grass pathway, avoiding everything you had managed to stand in. "Here, put these on," he says, handing you a pair of Wellington Boots, after he's helped you back to your feet. "Shall we come into the greenhouse? You look like you could do with a strong cup of tea - I've asked Floriculture to put the kettle on for us."
