Know that we, the people on here, all can understand and would love to give you warmth and support if possible. Just reach out and everyone is so nice that we would love to be supportive. <3 You are no alone. <3 I know it is hard and you feel more alone and I am sorry. :-(

    I do understand and it is ok to not had the words sometimes. :-) I am glad I could help brighten up your day/week/month. For me - something that helped me- was to make a memorial spot in nature and visit it often. I felt that helped more than a gravesite, which is sad. And then I would imagine she was still there enjoying times with me; it helped. Everyone grieves in a different way though and sometimes it takes a long long tie to feel ok again. I ma sorry. :-( -hugs-
