👑The Donation Corner got a makeover Subeta New Feature

👑 New Feature: Grab bags at the Donation Corner.
When the corner is holding more than 1,000 items, you can pay 25,000 sP for a grab bag of 25 random items, once a day. The sP goes to the donation center and the very important (?) work that it does, the items go to you.

👑 New Feature: Donate without leaving the corner.
A new Donate tab lets you pick up to 20 items from your inventory and drop them into the corner in one go, instead of donating one at a time from your inventory or heading all the way over to quickstock.

🔍 Improvement: No more refreshing.
A Shuffle button shows you a fresh spread of 18 items in place, and after you grab something the items grey out with a countdown until your next grab.

🐛 Misc fixes
Browsing is faster and the item count is accurate now. There were some major issues with the way the items worked on this page previously, hopefully this should lead to overall reduced side lag too when there are lots of items!

How much does "shuffle" really shuffle? There are over 2000 items in right now, but shuffle is showing me the same ones over and over. (And it's items I know there must be only one of in the DC, like cash shop items, so I'm sure I'm seeing the same one.) It seems like every few minutes, the items do change out, but then shuffle shows THOSE items over and over until the next swap.

Not a fan of the grab bag if the items really are random. From time to time, generous people dump some really nice loot at the Donation Center. Putting those items into grab bags would result in these generous donations being concentrated among a smaller number of players.

i like how seemless it is now and you can donate right from the donation center page without having to back to your inventory. The mystery grab is a neat touch.

@GirlWhoPlaysGuitar It's on purpose! One of the reasons the page before got rid of the usernames, is the query it takes to get those items, their details and the user information (when there are a lot of items) was rough. So I rewrote the query to be a little bit less hard on the servers, but it still takes a second or two to process so the button is preventing you from refreshing over and over because it needs a second to settle.

I love the grab bag and the timer! The shuffle is also cool but I feel it's lagging a bit - it stays disable for several seconds after the items have been shuffled

i LOVE the shuffle! And the grab bag <3 because sometimes there's just a billion items (looking at you people who dump during/after Yule (love you <3)) and i'm more interested in grabbing something random than sifting through a million items to find something interesting. The grab bag is the perfect "random items, good luck, no decision paralasys!"

I like the timer and the grab bag. Not a big fan of the shuffle, I prefer to hit F5 but I can see why it was done to prevent people (like me) who constantly refresh. I like that the names who donated the items are back and would prefer it to be kept that way. Thank you, Keith!

I love the grab bag and the shuffle. The countdown is perfect. The only thing I would change is hiding the user who donated the items. Shouldn't that be anonymous?

This was really cool because I had a major issue: I needed to fix the query on the page. I wanted to bring it up to modern standards and all of the building blocks were there 😍 the item-grid for showing the items, the easy ability to add a new daily mechanic (25 for 25k) and the donation tab re-using the same inventory component as the auctions & gifts page.
