So awesome! Reminds me of melaria's pose LOL
the pose is too anthro with too much personality, doesnt leave much room for individuality (sassy female or...) not too mention the feet are facing far too much to the rear for the way its turned, the wings dont line up right, the neck is non existent as the head is basically sitting on the right shoulder, and the right ear looks like she turned her head so fast it whipped around and stuck to the back of her head. the colours/shading doesnt quite look right, its a bit sporadic with the yellows. and the fire is... non existent, instead its made out of gemstones?
sorry i just dont think this is really subeta style or quality. theres been a lot of great revamps happening but this surely isnt one of them and really just doesnt fit on the site IMO.

Oh my god. I've NEVER wanted a Torrey before, but this is shaded so beautifully and the pose is so fantastic that I just can't help myself. I've had a pet/character for a long while, but I've never been able to find a pet and species combo that suited her... until now. This is perfect! Thank you, Rah, for such a gorgeous update. :D You did a great job!
I guess I'm in the minority when I say I really don't like the pose/expression of this
One thing I loved about reborn pets is that they (for the most part) look serious, powerful, elegant, etc etc. This just seems "meh" compared to the rest :/

Unfortunately, I must be the odd one out when I say I really, really dislike the revamp. Just my opinion. I could write out an entire paragraph, but it's just not worth it. Glad other people like it, but I can't say the same for myself.

This is probably my favourite Reborn pet now. Love the angle, pose and expression. Great job!
I was kinda dreading this revamp as I loved the old pose, but the new pose is just so cool, I can work with this :D

I don't understand what people mean by the "art looks dated". The art is fun, fresh and new. It's seriously well done. :D
the pose is a little too anthro for me but the coloring is nice. i also have to agree that the fire looks more crystalline than fire. if it were more like the newly released velosotor then i could overlook the pose. overall, though, it's a nice revamp from the old. :)
I just overlayed the old art over the new art, so while he'll be seen everywhere else as sassy, at least on his profile page, he'll be the same cocky one as I saw him as previously. :)
I'm glad I saved the old art. I like the new pose and all, but it's just not right for the pet I did for this one... Gonna look at the others and pick a different pet for now.
Holy crap, talk about a pet with personality! But, same problem with this one as another pet (which I forget which one I made this comment about) but, the fire looks kind of like...crystals again? I'm not sure what I'm looking for, but it just kind of looks like a solid instead of flames. BUT, that's okay, because this pet is still fantastic nonetheless.
I just love how this one's nearly exploding with personality, it put a smile on my face (: And I'm really digging the style, too!
