User Shops
Hey everyone! We're currently investigating a major hack involving user shops that includes duplicating items. Once the user shops are back up we'll enable a 25% sP buff to quests for the next few days, I know some of you haven't done yours yet today!

Update: We're back! User shops have been turned back on and the bug has been patched. Nothing expensive was duplicated, and the user in question has been banned. All users quests have been reset and you have today and tomorrow with the buff :)!

@Cobaltbluetoo omg, is THAT what happened to Millsberry? That sucks. I loved that game so much.
@Tokki no, it's happening to me, too. Worse than the alert-spam is if you happen to complete a quest in the half-second you don't have the buff, you don't get the extra cash.

Um, am I the only one with this problem? Ever since midnight, this buff keeps resetting every few seconds. Its so problematic because my alerts are being spammed.
I just wanted to say that I'm very impressed with how Subeta has handled this and I wanted to give Subeta kudos for handling this incident in such a swift and positive manner. Others could learn from this.
I wanted to take advantage of this bonus and get some quests done before the midnight reset, but Subeta was lagging so badly that it finally made Firefox crash and take forever to recover. Too late now. Darn. :( Hope it's OK after the reset.
I just got 50,000sp from a quest and my bonus was 10,000sp... I'm no math genius but isn't that only 20% and not 25%?

Several years ago there was a site called Millsberry which was owned by General Mills. They had games, human avatars, houses to decorate and pets. They also had cheaters who cloned expensive items to the point the site could no longer deal with it. They took the easy way out and just shut everything down.
Here we have a site with all kinds of great things which is owned by one young man. Cheaters come in and they get blown away. Everyone else gets a treat. Thank you Keith.

Nice, thanks! For some reason it's 7pm and Nori's still in the Cursed Quests instead of Mori, though. Hope that gets resolved too.

Seriously why did someone think that needing to hack Subeta is something that needed to be done. This place is for fun...that is way to serious. Glad it was resolved and the person behind it removed. Love you guys here for everything you do. :)

Yeesh, I don't understand the need to cheat on subeta in the first place o.O Thank you for clarifying though, when I read 'attack' on the notification at the top, it had me a little freaked out thinking CGers or something xP (too many bad experiences on neo :v)

Last time there was a hack was a couple years ago, and it was Wizard Tokens. I even remember the username of that person because it was a very ironic name.
Oh, good. I haven't done mine, not like I do regularly... but now I will when this is all sorted. Ouch, though. I saw shops and 25% and thought you were doing something horrible like reducing everyone's prices by that and I was worried for a second, ha.
Whoops. Was in the middle of doing quests when the site went down. Finished 2 or 3 more before you took down the users shops. :x I hope I didn't buy any bad items. And thank you muchly for the heads up and bonus!

Does that have anything to do with why the hover prices are so oddly mismatched with actual shop prices, or is that something different? I did post about it on the help forum.
Aww dangit D: I just activated my 1 week gold yesterday so I could do a ton of autopricing. I guess Ill have to wait :|
