User Shops
Hey everyone! We're currently investigating a major hack involving user shops that includes duplicating items. Once the user shops are back up we'll enable a 25% sP buff to quests for the next few days, I know some of you haven't done yours yet today!

Update: We're back! User shops have been turned back on and the bug has been patched. Nothing expensive was duplicated, and the user in question has been banned. All users quests have been reset and you have today and tomorrow with the buff :)!

O__O Do we need to change our passwords? Can individual user accounts be in trouble? I bought this wig last night, will I lose it? (dont make me lose this wig...;--; I love it...) Im worried now...
oh, and I cannot take anything out of my own shop, either!? Thought it was just buying from other users. Damn, already bought the first item...

That was clear, after reading this announcement, however, why doesn't the NPC shop show up and I have to first figure out the shop, then click it and then search in there?

Ahhh, I was wondering why some of the items had weird "average price" listings in the hovers! Glad it's being cleared up :)

I was wondering why it looked like super rares were selling for 1-2 sP! It didn't make sense. Thanks for letting us know!
I was in the middle of quests, and hadn't autopriced today. But I completely understand, this is a huge issue. Thanks for letting us know what's up.

Yeesh, I don't understand the need to cheat on subeta in the first place o.O Thank you for clarifying though, when I read 'attack' on the notification at the top, it had me a little freaked out thinking CGers or something xP (too many bad experiences on neo :v)

Last time there was a hack was a couple years ago, and it was Wizard Tokens. I even remember the username of that person because it was a very ironic name.
Oh, good. I haven't done mine, not like I do regularly... but now I will when this is all sorted. Ouch, though. I saw shops and 25% and thought you were doing something horrible like reducing everyone's prices by that and I was worried for a second, ha.
Whoops. Was in the middle of doing quests when the site went down. Finished 2 or 3 more before you took down the users shops. :x I hope I didn't buy any bad items. And thank you muchly for the heads up and bonus!

Does that have anything to do with why the hover prices are so oddly mismatched with actual shop prices, or is that something different? I did post about it on the help forum.
Aww dangit D: I just activated my 1 week gold yesterday so I could do a ton of autopricing. I guess Ill have to wait :|
