Thanks for the stat info @Shantal . I was worried that when I unlocked the challenger it would be too much for my strongest pet, and it turns out I was right :)
@Gryffindor ... AHHH, ty for that info. Im an avid reader for my main pet and just jumped in, didnt even read the options. It was more like, NEWBOOKYAY!! .. lol. Guess I will buy another when my wait time is up. Appreciate the info. Love your profile as well! <3
@Inscription if you read the book to your pet it doesn't unlock. You have to choose "unlock challenger" from the menu options!
Hmmm, bought the book, read the book, cant find the challenger :/ ... do we just wait for a random event now? Anyone know?

Does its name mean anything? I thought it might be another language, but google doesn't think so.

the artist did a great job giving a cookie person so much character... this challenger is super adorable.
also, i was surprised to find out for the first time since i started training my pet that i could beat an unlockable challenger. this is a new feeling to me, and i gotta say it's strangely satisfying. now i only wish i got into battling sooner! /forever grieves those countless stat boosters i sold for profit

@Solsticesprite - I'd prefer the unlocky weapons to be wearables, like the Cash Shop ones, then I only need 1 or 2 copies of it if I like the wearable, but the books I need 15!
