I didn't get any of this stuff. I looked and everything was dead and was told to go down the mountain. I must not have played enough or something
looked like Merena on the crystal thing, but why don't they end this already? It's dragging to nowhere so far :(
Wait a minute... one of the sentence was "by the morning." Does it mean regular morning time like 6 a.m.-ish, or morning as in once the clock turns from p.m. to a.m. as in 12 midnight?

I will say it again, Shinwa put Merana on that island, I feel bad for the Islanders.
@Ambition Don't worry, I think there usually isn't any visible surf on the night version of the Omen Islands Village map.

I clicked on the tomb link Blake posted, even refreshed but just saw what I did prior to the boss battle. I shall wait a bit befuddled!

Interesting... there is some inscript in the chamber, same symbols are used as for the cipher we had in saherimos.
