New Achievements
There are six new achievements with forum titles for you to collect. Their names are Hello my old friend, Loves Wieners, Marathon Runner, Spice of Life, But What?, and I understand that reference!

I find it interesting people are always lamenting over other users, who sentiently price their retired/special items in order to eventually make up for money they had to spend on super rare and precious items themselves. This plan nowadays is usually ruined by staff anyway by rereleasing limited items way too early. Like back in the days I spent 300 mio on a book, the only one on the market because event prize, that now is available for a mere 25 mio at the Antique shop. Most of my stuff has been sitting there for 5 - 10 years. So many people insist on everything being handed to them on a platter. It's fair, as long as it is available at all, expensive or not. If in the end you decide it is not worth the price for you, that's your choice. Not being able to get it AT ALL is not.
I like these titles, but I LOVE the "Monster Mash" one that I didn't even know existed until just now- thanks for the news to make me actually look at the achievement page for once haha.

I like these kinds of achievements. Many/most are attainable by being active on the site. Plus they're always cute.
why i personally love touched the but, you had the chance to do "i can't believe its not User invalid" and you missed it. maybe save that one for the non-butter products achievement then.

Stupid trivia hot dogs. :pOn the plus side, I was missing exactly one item for "Hello my old friend" That item's cost? 7k. That never happens!

Oh I know, it's just frustrating when it's stuff that's that hard to get to begin with.
Thankfully the map prices seem to have gone down for that one piece that is used in all the genetech crap. It's still like 2.5m to get the whole thing but that's a lot better than 2m for 8 pieces together and then another 6m for 1 piece haha. I think there must be a slightly higher chance for them now.

Can the Daybreak book come back soon then? Because there are literally 2 in shops right now.

Does Daybreak have another source other that being gouged at a user shop? Subetalodge says it was only available as a trivia prize.

You can do whatever you like, no rule against it, I was pointing out my personal feelings about it. I'm entitled to that opinion just like you're entitled to overprice things because they're required for an achievement. I'm not sure how you bought them months ago in anticipation of an achievement that was never announced, but you know, okay.

Thanks, but I'm awful at trying to restock so will probably never see them. That's OK, just another achievement I won't bother with any time soon. :)

I only need 1/2 the books but all but 1 of them are in the antique shop. The Mystical Creatures book says it's in the Millionaire shop but I can't find it. :(

Yeah, I figured there just weren't any floating around and then I refreshed and was like...oh, I see.

All of the instruments restock at the Music Shop. If you're patient and only buy the cheap ones from user shops and restock the others, you can totally get it. Good luck!
