Wait never mind. I take back my previous comment. They're not muted at all! Not every dyed bright colour hair has to be rave-ready neon.
I actually like the more muted fun colours, though i wouldn't be opposed to more vibrant recolours either :eyes:
I was actually thinking the color of these seem brighter and more colorful compared to the other, similarly drawn items we’ve been getting recently!
loving the braiding and the fringe! not sure about the fluffy bit at the back yet, i'll need to have a play in the wardrobe methinks...

The rarity influences, for instance, your chance of getting the item from vending or not. It may also influence how often they restock, if im not mistaken, hence the name "rarity". But i have a feeling this is not really true anymore
From subetalodge's guide to vending (because i don't know if subeta has one or not): "Rarity Cap: 60, for all machines except Ocean's Depths."
My guess is that staff didn't want to risk flooding subeta with them? o.o
But i'd also like to know how they decide which rarity to assign for the RSable items... Maybe they use random.org? LOL

I like these - where's purple? - but can't ever seem to be lucky enough to get any new items. Maybe in a couple months...lol
These are lovely!! I do agree with the comments about the colors though, maybe the shading needs to be adjusted? The colors seem kind of faded. It would be nice to have them in nice, bold colors. I'm looking forward to seeing some avatars with these hairs and seeing what my fellow Subetans come up with :D (I'm not sure I could pull off this look lol)
like... sorry but so many of the hairs lately look muddy and gray and it bums me out... pwease can't we get more hairs with nice shading like this, that maintain rich hues and color depth? (literally made this edit using a basic gradient map in photoshop)
cool hairstyle, i love the brown one but the unnatural colors look muddy and gray-shaded :/ whatever happened to like, color theory?
the art on these is GREAT! can't imagine the work to make such a intricate, beautiful and complex hair
