The price jack is because you can pick the item that you want instead of getting screwed with items that sit in your shop for years because you either already had them or never wanted those particular items in the first place. There are items in my shop that have been there since LAST Black Friday because I got multiples of them while desperately seeking a few other items that I didn't get until they fixed the item to not be a chance item.

I'm worried about new skins too... Is the delay on purpose so we don't have time to get ALL of the new ones this year? like, adding a challenge in the thing
So glad I bought the tawny pomtail and padpaws a while ago! they're perfect... great work guys!

Yeah, even if this was a significant improvement (which, have to agree with previous posters, isn't much), they still would NOT be worth the sheer price jack on a single item. >>
While I prefer the old Flufftails to the new ones because they had a more realistic look than the revamps, the new Padpaws are a great improvement.
I gotta say, the artwork may look a lot cleaner but I'm disappointed :( for most, the originals look better as far as being usable animal parts for creating looks. And the paws being cartoony are what I liked about them, because you could layer them with claws and they'd actually be visible. and the sleek tails are sooooo not sleek, wish they had kept the length on them. at least there's still other paws/tails out there. it just sucks, feels more like a step backwards at worst, or an equivalence at best :/

Uh, so when you say it's retiring after black Friday, does that mean it will be part of the sale? And does that go for the makeup kit trunk as well, if so?
Really nice revamps! The paws look especially good. :D Is this trunk still random? Or can we pick what item we want now? I can't remember.
RIP sleek tails, they're so short and chubby now. :cry: quickly saves an avatar that still uses unupdated version
I've been waiting so long for the pawsto be revaped. Hopefully the Kitty Hoodie line will be updated at some point soon.
I find it interesting that the new thumbnails for the Pomtails almost resemble more the Old overlays than the new ones, while the same goes vice-versa for the old thumbnails and new overlays o.o
I kinda preferred the old overlay's "fatter" tuft on the end of the tail than the new slim one, though.

While the art's improved in some areas, I feel we lost quite a bit of personality/anatomy with the revamps, like with the Paw Pads: now they look more like the feet found in Zootopia but not paw-like, as the name suggests. The previous ones also gave us enough of a digigrade appearance that's sadly been lost with the revamp. And the tails; while I don't mind the newer look, when I look at them in comparison to the old ones, I do have to wonder why they were fattened and shortened so much and would've preferred these to be transforming items that I can switch between, however, the biggest problem with these accessories has always been a decided lack of both bases and other accessories we can pair them with. There's literally no bodies/wings/claw/horn accessories that match most of these tails. (I do hope the bases get updated soon to include more colors or, preferably, be completely customizable with a color slider so we no longer have to struggle with things like this.) I am happy they retained their garish coloration though; I've been wondering if we were anti-color/anti-saturation for the last two years.
Kinda sad that I won't be able to use the black and white sleek tails as mouse tails anymore (they're too fat now XD ) but other than that these revamps look great ^_^
