You should be able to see your avatars now! Other wardrobe and New Subeta features should also be working, such as submitting CWs.

Autopricer has also been reset, so please give it another try if you already used it today. If you used the super autopricer and got errors today or within the last few days, please file a ticket for CSC reimbursement and include all dates you need handled.

Tree display may still be having issues, we are working on that still. We are also monitoring and investigating and will update as we get it, stay tuned for more news!

I still can't get forums to load and I have no idea what to do about it. I can't post to forums, obviously, and whenever I try to log-in to new Subeta it just keeps loading without logging-in. Anybody have any advice? I tried reading through the staff-updates but I can't seem to find any solutions.

This is super bumming me out because I can't participate in any Melody gifting threads and it's one of my favorite events of the year.

Thanks for your hard work, but it feels a bit insensitive to use the Candle of Unity item as decoration for a post about a server outage when it’s actually a tribute item for the Pulse Nightclub shooting.

But maybe that’s just me.

After the server maintenance, I suddenly had a ton of items in my inventory, items I turned in for quests. Should I put in a ticket?

I was able to access my wardrobe and put on my Lumi HA! YES! It looks like it finally registered my blank tree, but I can't decorate it yet. At least I have a tree up now! I can wait to decorate. I haven't decorated my real life tree yet either, lol. Thank you!

I was able to log into new subeta and can view and load the forums but it is still not letting me post a topic. It ate my topic but still pinged the groups I tagged x.x

I think I'm supposed to have gold account, but I don't right now. I think they might be affected, too. I first noticed when I couldn't see some items, then found that I'm not in the '250 items' zone anymore.
I'll check my current records, and then post a ticket later if needed. Hope everything is fixed soon!
