Cash Shop: Shrinkwrapped Clothing!

Shrinkwrapped Delish Pi Set
Shrinkwrapped Delish Mocha Set

A new designer, Delish has decided her line is too upscale even for the Subeautique and has put it straight into the Cash Shop.

Luckily, you can purchase the pieces separately, or choose to buy them together in the Shrinkwrapped Delish Pi Set or Shrinkwrapped Delish Mocha Set for a little less CSC!

i want those eyes .
I personally like different items from both sets, and I am glad that we have the option to buy the separates instead of the whole thing as I am more apt to buy only certain things I think its great and I don't see why someone always has to rain on the Parade
LOVE.
:c I want.
I love them, and no, I cannot afford them
The female set is gorgeous, the male is cute but I will def be getting the female set.

So what if it is in the cash shop, it's LE stuff & if you wanted it bad enough you would get it.
Quit getting your panties in a wad.
I find it strange to hear that the items cost more to make than you get back, but I suppose asking you for even a ball-park estimate on either one is considered rude... meh. I think you should set all items to some base-price (say, 500 CSC) and then let them adjust automatically based on popularity. Wigs will soar to the thousands, socks and pants will fall to 2-3, and we will only have ourselves to blame.
LOVE THEM. I don't mind that they're expensive, they are a designer line after all. /grabbyhands
NK
I love you, DNA.
Not a fan of the Mocha's face + hair, but that's alright, they're all gorgeous anyways.
I plan on eventually getting both sets, though I am poorer than poor at the moment, so that MIGHT be a while.
I can settle this really easily, I think!

WE ARTISTS LIKE TO EAT DINNER, TOO. :C
Can't say I agree with putting it in the CS, 'cause I don't, but it's always fun to have another SBQ set.
I WANT BOTH OF THEM :O
I love it
I could go ranting about the price, but hey,I need to save for something.
20milish for a whole set? not that bad, the bucket of love i want cost 20mil on itself already.

so going to save for them. Thank you for the lovely items.
Call me a pushover, but I would save up until my piggy bank breaks till I get these babies =D
They're simply gorgeous.
While I would also love to see more male items, what we have to take into consideration is that the HA base itself is quite feminine. That, and there is simply not the same range of clothes you can make for men as you can women. I know the artists appreciate specific suggestions when it comes to wearables.

As for the price of this: calm down, dudes. If you don't want to buy them, don't. Do remember that you can also buy them with SP. No one is forcing you to spend your cash on Subeta if you think it's overpriced. Seriously now.
CannibalGoats is right. It wouldn't hurt no one if we had more male-oriented wearables, and not only eyes. I really like what Subeta has to offer in that regard, but it's just a fraction compared with the femenine items.

I mean... female HA's get custom eyes because they can be lathered in make-up and even if they have a similar shape to another set of eyes, they look different. Unless I want more crying about how girly my male HA stuff looks, I can't do anything like that for the guys. So it's left with VERY limited options for "custom eyes" for males. You shouldn't even be thinking of it that way. It's not custom eyes, it's make-up, and guys don't wear make-up (and if we try to tell them it's okay, you get yelled at that IT'S SO UNMANLY)

I meant no disrespect, I'm sorry if it came off that way. what I notice is that many of the female eyes given don't look particularly done-up in terms of cosmetics - they are similar, yes, but they're not too similar in that they could look the same as a default eye shape. quite a few of the female custom eyes simply look like they have heavier eyeliner or mascara (this is not the case with this set, which looks good the way it is in terms of fashion). if you want to see sort of what I'm talking about when I say "male custom eyes," I'd say "Chipper Lecherous Contacts" are a good example of more masculine eyes, as are "Useful Eyedrops" (not quite in the "sickly" look ahha, just the general shape) and the default "Intent" eyes I think they're called. not necessarily like GRR SCARY MALE items, but gruffer? more masculine? if that makes sense. also, I'm not saying that feminine male items should not be included, that's unfair, but I can speak for a few people at least I know of that would just like a bit more "male variety." there's a lot of variety for females it seems, so maybe it'd even things out? c: perhaps not necessarily making wearable masculine eyes, but other default eyes as a start? I think of them as custom eyes because, as I said, sometimes they don't have a whole lot of makeup, but do have a different shape to them.

if you prefer drawing more feminine things, by all means do, I think your art is fabulous (: I'm talking about subeta wearables in general, not just particular artists. I think that subeta attracts a very fashion-and-aesthetic oriented crowd, and many people make feminine male HAs, but I think it's not a stretch to make "manlier" things. if feminine is your forte then go ahead and stick with it, it looks great and the designs are awesome, but this is just kind of going out to all subeta artists. I don't mean any disrespect to the artists, they do their job very well. the eyes aspect is only truly a nitpick, not the most important point, I elaborated on it a little much lmfao. also sorry for coming off as bitchy if I did :C
Wow, guess I should be glad that I don't like any of these items so don't have to worry about needing to buy them. Usually buy new trunks to sell but won't bother with these. I wish they would offer more trunks in separate pieces though, that's nice!
Rofl. Nice designer name. I use the word all the time.

And GORGEOUSGORGEOUS sets. I may have to get a few pieces. ♥
ney
i don't quite think they're expensive because it's ~designer~, they're expensive because subeta runs on money lol
Gorgeous!! I bought the whole male set and 3 from the female! I didn't even blink at the price.
I probably wouldn't buy the set for 1000 CSC, but I wouldn't mind buying just pieces. Then again, I don't have much CSC to start with, but they are nice. I feel like I'm not chic enough to style my HA with these though.
They are a bit pricey compared to most other clothes, but hey:

The Ether
Price 400,000,000

there's stuff that is meant to be hard to get... you can't expect them to hand everything down to us
i love these, they're gorgeous ♥
BUT i think it's ridiculous to pay 1000+ CSC for them when you can buy a trunk with 30+ items in it for just 500 CSC

Are you serious?
I don't even understand this.
These lines are unprecedented. What has been doubled?
Well, I like 'em. 8D
Totally. Buying. ...When I actually have CSC.
Dang it, they're so pretty!

No CSC. ):
I re-read the comments and all I see is a bunch of, "BAWWWW MY PIXEEEEELS, WRY DO YOU FORCE THIS ON ME?!?!?!" I quite frankly, laughed my ass off. Get over it, you don't have to buy it
BAWWW, EXPENSIVE PIXELS THAT I HAVE TO SPEND MY OTHER PIXELS ON BAWW.

We're not complaining just for the sake of complaining :/ When the price of something is DOUBLED, I'd be amazed if everyone was fine with it.

AWHH I wish I had more CSC!! (:
Loves it and will buy it.
Quote:
And if you really want to get down to it, I'm sure an artist or two would be willing to tell you what type of silken pixels they used to make the line, so you don't feel cheated. The wigs are questionable though, but we'll assume that they are just hair clippings from salons celebrities frequent. Britney Spears dropped A LOT when she rampaged, it had to go somewhere.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH!!
Although the thought of my beautiful Wig being on the skeevy head of miss spears almost made me demand a refund.
they're really pretty but I'm hesitant to buy them at all. well-made, but... later. lol. that, and once more, a modern male HA set is only borderline "manly" and moreso chic metrosexual, and they don't even have custom eyes. they look good, but... we have SO FEW actually masculine items that don't make the HA look absolutely ridiculous 8|

/complain

other than that, I love the colour schemes and they're well drawn
OMG _______
My two new favorite sets. Saving up starting now.
LOL ok Lacie fair enough.

To be clear... I am perfectly calm and I'm not actually complaining. I am questioning. If I were upset and complaining I would have said "SCREW YOU AND YOUR RIPOFF ITEMS!!" Ok well perhaps I wouldn't but you get the idea.

I see enough value, to me, to buy the adorable mocha hairpiece right now for an outfit. I may wait for the others. It's not a big deal to me. Again... was just curious about the new pricing... and the reasoning behind it. I don't like to get worked up about a game I like to play, and if I thought it was truly unreasonable, I wouldn't buy them... simple as that.
I love the mocha set - those are my kind of colors.
If it makes it simple, there is one clear reason why the prices are different: it's not a costume trunk, it's a line of designer clothing.

You can't buy separates of costume trunk items, because just like when it's sold as a costume set in real life, you usually don't buy separates. You get the package deal, because it's a costume.

Just like in real life designer clothing, you can buy the entire line or the outfit from that line, or you can buy separates.

It's not the same thing as a MCT. Yes, this is a site, and we can't truly compare it to real life, but I think if subeta is clever enough to tell us what stores host poor people clothes and what stores don't, then there can be a little bit of logical comparison.

And that guy has moved on, because he sold the shirt, and he's now offering trousers.
Hawt.
People always find some way to complain. :c Get over it guys. Ugh.
calm down about the price, kids. You can't always get what you want. BUT YOU CAN TRY.

kthx.

THESE ARE GORGEOUS OMG I LOVE THEM BOTH SO MUCH cept for pi's hair since I won't use it but STILL.
'too upscale' ie. Subeta needs more money XD Love the eyes though c:
@lacie: neither? is that an option?

You're missing the point. Apparently what's so very obvious to you is not obvious to me, and vice versa.

God damnit, is that guy STILL out on the corner?? I told him I was broke!
Keith, easy there, I haven't accused you of trying to trick me into anything, dude.

I understand it's entirely my choice whether or not to purchase them. No one is twisting my arm in this game to buy items or get achievements or w/e. Full disclosure, I will buy the items from this set that I like. Again, I'm just not getting the reasoning for the higher prices in comparison to the MCT, THAT IS ALL, I'm not accusing you of an evil brain-washing scheme or anything? I'm talking about the bigger picture of price/value in the consumer world. Don't take it personally ok?

P. S. I love u for your half-price sales which you very kindly do, when I can be patient enough to wait for them. (My husband however, would like to strangle you twice a year LOL!)
Pretty. _
I love this set =] I can't get it with cash but I will be saving my sp for it!
