Omnios is a cold, calculating mastermind, as evil as he is scientific. His mind was warped with his body the day he became the creature you see before you, changed from his formerly blissful state into something brilliantly twisted and hungry for power. It drove him on a quest for scientific knowledge, and instilled a strange urge to capture living things to study them, though he's never thought to let them go.
His so-called minion is an example of that urge, a White Snow Fairy that had was just minding her own business until she flew too close and caught his eye. She is still wild and hateful, and tries to escape any time her master's head is turned, leading him to put a tiny collar and chain on her delicate little neck. If she strays too far, a bug in the collar activates, sending several thousand volts of energy into her little body, just enough to knock her down and allow Omnios time to recollect her. For this reason, she usually finds herself seething on his shoulder like a grouchy parrot.
He has managed to set up a lab underneath his new home, and it's filled to the gills with the latest technology and supplies, Pylonics and Elixirs and of course, jars and jars and jars of poor captured creatures, butterflies and quarks and fairies mainly. The only person besides himself that is allowed down there is his lackey, Boneloaf, on the condition that he stay completely still while there. If he asks if you want to accompany him to his lair, don't - he just wants another, larger creature to study and dissect. He has often fantasized of having his very own pet human, as well..
His interests include science, knowledge, and evil. This puts him at a rivalry with Ezri Dax - just substitute science for magic and you have the devil-beast in a nut shell. It has been hypothesized that this rivalry started not from hate, but from admiration. Both experiments will deny this hypothesis in a heartbeat.
He loathes anything unclean and the idea of emotions, which brings into question why he's studying emotional, messy pets to start with.
