Abirad, the Crimson Slayer
A boy infused with the power of blood, Abirad's a... okay, we'll be straight with you: he's more or less psychopathic. He can be charming when he wants, but when the blood takes hold... watch out. He's currently the CEO of a rather powerful corporation, and he is NOT above using his influence to gain what he wants.
Abirad was always, ALWAYS an odd child. His and Maledetto's parents hoped the Bloodred experiments would fix the Odd Manner as they called it. How wrong they were- the Bloodred experiments only opened his eyes, as it were, and he was driven insane. He began to take a strange enjoyment to killing things, finding it entertaining. One thing he did cherish beyond the veil of madness was his sister, and he promised to take care of her.
When Maledetto and he were assigned the company, he had done most of the legwork- Maledetto planned, he carried out, finding clandestine joy in the thrill of the kill. He began to become known as a womanizer, with a new woman on his arm every few days. He didn't care for them, but they did look nice and made for decent entertainment if he got bored, as he explained to Maledetto when she gave him disapproving looks. He's equally attracted to boys, and he doesn't bother hiding it. There are only two things in the world he will outright REFUSE to hurt- his daughter, Medini, and his Sister Dear, Maledetto. If you look at them funny, he'll rip you in two.
He isn't as ambitious as his sister, preferring to ride to flow of her orders. His sister's dreams are his dreams, as long as he has someone to kill or take to bed. In his rare, non-killer and lucid moments, he enjoys to play with fire and also has something that could almost be called a fetish for lollipops and black licorice. Not really, mind you, he just adores them to bits. That and cappuccinos.
