Seriously, these are made out of metal. And isn't that amazing?

According to the artist, "the inflatable animals are a representation of breath and human life. Exuding optimism, the sculptures create a juxtaposition between the everyday and the monumental." What's additionally interesting, since the sculptures have a mirror-finish, "each sculpture reflects and celebrates its current surroundings". How cool is that? It will also reflect you, as a person, temporarily integrating you into the piece, itself.

That's beautiful, an immortalization of what would normally be only briefly captured.

Plus, if you can make Play-Doh and balloons out of metal, you can do anything.

What an enormously comforting idea.

If you want to spend your life making giant metal-balloon sculptures, you can. If you want to live off the grid and grow organic food, you can. If you want to be a living statue on the corner of a street, you can. Even space travel is starting to look pretty plausible.
