I am an Assistant Administrator and oversee our team of Customer Service & Support personnel. I do many of the things that a User Admin does as part of this, as well as a few more things.

Please use the Ticket Center if you have questions or problems that need to be addressed by a staff member. Programming issues should be reported in the Problems & Bugs forum, since that is where the programmers will look for issues. If you have a question about the rules, check the Rule Center. You can find links to all of those on our Help page.

Staff, especially support staff, cannot answer questions by any other means - no sMails, no profile comments, or anything of the sort.
