Oh my PTHALO BLUE! It's BLOB BLOSS!! Hasn't he been dead for 20 years? Oh, and the afro gave it away immediately, just had to put BLUE AND TWO togetber! :P
It took me another glance just now to realize whom this blob is paying homage to, lol. Goodness, I am totally not with it.
On asidenote, I had enough to get him. He doesn't match my outfit, but who cares? I have a happy blob on my shoulder! Squeaks

My sense is that the Blue Building quests have been much more stable cost wise since the update a few weeks ago. It might be worth a look in.
I haven't rejected a quest since the change.
A potential of 20 points per quest, 5 per day, he costs 1000
Need to do 50 quests to earn him so a 10 day commitment.
For comparison, item Empty Blue and Teal Spray Cans was released to Blue Building for 1500 points in July 2017 is still over 4 million sP in user shops.
