A few reminders and updates!
We’ll be releasing the January Collections to the Cash Shop on January 2, so you have an extra day to grab anything you might need from the December Collections. <3
Now to give you some updates about things!
We’re aware that cron isn’t resetting properly at midnight. For the past few nights, we’ve had staff members manually resetting things. Please continue to be patient with us while we work this out. <3
We’ve had a few questions about when we’ll be doing our annual Free Shop extravaganza. While we would love to spoil y’all, we’re still working on issues here and there on the site. Our goal is to open it sometime in January. We know a lot of you need extras of various Melody items that are multiple uses, like those delicious wearables. ;)
The Carnival is still spooky, yes. We’ve promised that would be explained this month, but it looks like it’ll be early January, sorry!
Curious about what’s been fixed around the site so far? Take a look at Admin Posts on the forums. We’re trying to keep y’all updated where we can.

They did say that there will be New Year celebrations, so it is likely we'll get the tokens. They're given in quests as well as randoms, after all.

I haven't been to the Delphi Carnival in months. Hadn't realized it had changed until I saw this news post. Went and looked, and now my curiosity is piqued. Looking forward to finding out, whenever that may be.
Thanks for the update and the hard work, but...no free shop, no stable site, no NY tokens I suppose, no, no, no...throw us a bone maybe? :D

I would rather have a fully function site than any gifts/compensations. I could go back to financially supporting the site. Thanks for the update. It is appreciated.
If the quests are going to give out holiday items again, will that include Luminaire items? Since most people were disappointed by how little were given out in such a short time the other month? Or will those be included along with the Melody items in the Free Shop?

@Georgie That will be reset tonight manually if cron doesn’t work right! I found out about the vending way too late in the day to reset it today sorry.

@Pinocchio They said they would bring it back this year, I'm guessing they didn't because of all the issues and stuff. I wouldn't have done much anyway because the inflation put me off it last year, but it still would have been nice for them to tell us they weren't doing it after all this year because of the errors so those who are more desperate for the achievement weren't left wondering.
Thanks letting us know about these things, but do you plan to still have the quests give out New Year Tokens, or will you be releasing them another way because of the reset issues?
Sekhmet mentioning Ian and Jaxon reminds me that I hope we visit back with Dungarde again soon. ;~; I feel bad not decorating his crypt again for Luminaire this year

I didn't notice the carnival being spookier than usual, I thought that's just how carnivals are?
This Nightmare Before Christmas hopefully will have an Ian and Jaxson explanation? I miss those two.

:o Wonder what the Carnival explanation will be. Makes me think of Nightmare Before Christmas whenever you combine spooky and Christmas, though. xD
