i think i must be super unlucky. i've started the quest (got the book), and i've been clicking around almost since it was announced, and still no sign of a single birdie ;-; birdies, why you no love me?
Where do you find the birds? I need to get her a Veta Plover, but there are none for sale? They say "game prize", but from which game?

I accidentally gave her the bird I found (I was going to put it in my hoard) and I already HAD the book, so what was the point of me losing that bird??? She didn't give me anything for it. I don't understand this. :)

I guess they're floating items. Right after she asked for it I clicked on something in a different window and it appeared to click on, like floaters usually do.
