Discontinuation of the Trivia
After careful consideration, Subeta has decided to discontinue the trivia. The Blue Building requirements have been changed to reflect this change. Instead of having to complete 10 trivias, you will now need to have at least 250 achievements. Also please note that you will NOT lose access to the Blue Building if you do not meet this new requirement. Once a member, always a member!
Old trivia prizes will also make a comeback at some point via the Crystal Shop. :)

Am I the only one who is cool with this and isn't actually going to miss that trivia? I hated having to get the ten for the blue building and I didn't really see the point in it. There were always too man accusations on staff for not wording it 'clearly enough' that it just wasn't worth it imo.

there really isnt any way to prove either way if users cheat..so, I can understand them getting rid of it. I will miss it, don't get me wrong, but I see their point. Maybe they will add something better!

There were several factors to the discontinuation. Starting from the top, there was rampant cheating and limited measures that we could take to prevent it. There were also a slew of issues on our end with queue errors and coding errors. It required a lot more resources than we feel it was worth to continue.
Awww I'm really going to miss the trivia! And just when I was getting into doing them again. :(
This thoroughly confuses me. I always enjoyed the trivia each week, why the sudden need to scrap it?
This makes me so sad. You guys finally had a good system going, not having to wait for months and months and months for a new one and now it's going? Sad beans. Very sad beans.
So because a handful of users cheat, the rest of us WHO ENJOY IT are punished?! Man...what happened to this more friendly customer service policy? Look at the number of users who just said "No".
This is extremely disappointing. Trivia was one of the best games Sub had. It was always fun and interesting, even if I couldn't figure out the answer -- and when I /did/ figure it out, it was a great sense of accomplishment. So, I really think this was a bad move.
Figures that after I finally start to get good at it, it shuts down. ): Hate this change, too. I don't get why it's being shut down. I'm gonna miss it.

Not only do I dread seeing a mindbending new trivia pop up with a book prize -nightmares- but not to mention googling "subeta trivia"? The first thing to pop up is a site just for posting trivia answers every week :I (I linked a staffer friend to it when I found it forever ago while trying to... find a pet's old owner |D... I hope nonsense like that is the reason why it's being done away with e__e)

Why? They were actually kind of fun to do. I will be missing the trivias now. It doesn't make sense to scrap a site feature entirely.
