Inactive Account Checks
Hi everyone! The Customer Service & Support department would like to share a small announcement.
Effective immediately, staff will no longer be performing inactive account checks.
If you wish to know when an account will become inactive and the username available for reuse, please check the account's profile page. When an account reaches 10 months of inactivity, a notice will appear at the top of the profile stating the date/time at which the account will be considered inactive. Once the account has reached 1 year of inactivity the notice will be changed to indicate that the account is inactive and the username is available to be used.
Please note that pet profiles will not show the inactive countdown and will only show the pet's name being available for reuse once the account the pet is on has gone inactive.
