There seems to be some confusion about how to deal with the problem that occurred earlier today.
If you managed to get any of the items, delete them asap, to avoid being frozen. We can track these items, and will do so. If in a few days, the items are still in existence, we will freeze anyone involved with them, so please do not try to skirt the rules by hiding them in friends accounts or anything like that. We see everything.
If you have used an item, like an elixir or potion, then please mail one assistant admin, or user admin once and wait for a reply. These situations will be dealt with on a case by case basis. If you mail more than one staff member, or if you do not wait for a reply, then expect to get an official warning.
If you have read a book to your pet, or eaten some food, or anything like that, once again mail a staff member, it will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
If you have sold one of these items. Try and balance your sP. Buy something from someones shop worth the same amount, and then delete that item.
If you have bought one of these items, it is up to you whether or not to delete it. If you feel guilty then you can, but you will not be refunded. Otherwise, as long as you paid a fair price you may keep the item. As I said, we can track these items, and will do so for a number of weeks, so do not think that selling an item to a friend will allow you to keep it.
There will not be a rollback, do not suggest it, do not discuss it. It will not happen.
This incident was caused by a group of users. We have reason to believe they are the ones who stood to profit the most from the donations. If you have any information, then please mail an admin to offer assistance. But ONLY if you can help us pin down who was responsible.
The subeta staff do acknowledge that a lot of innocent people are caught up in this. We apologise. This is partly our fault for allowing this to happen, but as I said, it was instigated by a group of users.
This matter is now closed. Any further protests or discussions will result in warnings for all involved.

I did not go to the DC or bought anything from a user shop so I am cool. Oh and Sleepingsecret the place where you donate actual money to the site purchase donation items and gold accts is not the same as the donation center where people donate items for other people to get.

I'm glad that the hole is plugged... I've seen this happen on this site once before already and that was enough. I was surprised by this because I thought they fixed that glitch the first time around, but.... so long as this is the last....

Not so much hacked the security as took advantage of a glitch.

<br>Dont give these people more credit than they deserve. It was a bunch ofscript kiddies (if that) who found a little glitch in the Subeta code, which is ofcourse coded in PHP, which isnt the easiest language to make hole proof.

<br>There shouldn't be any problems with you getting a Gold Account because the issues are unrelated. By Donation Centre, they mean the place in Riverside Valley where donated items (from users) go, not actually donating to the site.

Because I was thinking of getting a gold account later on today since its *looks at watch* 2:27am my time and Subeta's time..Sorry if I am misunderstanding this, if I am.
