We announced this a few months back, but unfortunately the time is now upon us that the Ultimate Game Card and Ultimate Points will be retired by their manufacturer, and therefore, no longer able to be used as a payment method here on Subeta. We apologize for this inconvenience!
September 30th is the day the company will stop allowing their redemption, so we recommend you use up any remaining points or cards as soon as possible to avoid any issues as the deadline approaches. Please don\'t wait until the 30th!
If you\'re looking for another method of payment that is similar to the Ultimate Game Card, we recommend purchasing Visa or Mastercard gift cards, which you can find just about anywhere, and using them on Stripe.

I will miss using the UGC cards to help the site out. The Visa and Mastercard gift cards are not available in all areas so that is not an option for me. Even if a store in my area would happen to carry them they are always sold out all the time. I enjoyed helping the site out while the cards were accepted here at subeta. There is not a card out there that can take the UGC cards place according to the dozens of emails pay by cash sends me every month reminding me of what I already knew that the cards are no more. Stores pulled the UGC from shelves long before the deadline came and went in my area. I'm grateful for being able to help the site out over the many years I've been here. I thank you kind subeta for making the UGC a way to help out the site for awhile. Take care and have a wonderful day ^_^.

I tried buying some cards last month and they had already been discontinued because they couldn't them to activate. Still super bummed about this :c I used them so much.

That's kind of a shame. I used to use these 'back in the day' before I had any debit/credit cards of my own for Paypal-in'.
