Stat Leeches!
Does your battle pet have a bit too much strength? A dash too much defense? A smidge too much speed? A pinch too much endurance? Well, the Battle Shop has the product for you! This new line of beautiful and not-at-all-terrifying leeches will suck away those excess stats and leave your pet slim and trim! Each type of leech removes two points of its specific stat. These leeches even work on capped pets!

Man. I got all excited until I realized these were only for stats, not levels. My pet level is so ridiculously high that I can hardly afford to train it for the other stats. I dont even do oracle quests anymore because i'm afraid she'll reward me with pet levels. I just dont need any more!!!
Guess I'll never have to worry about using these anyway, in all the time I've been on Subeta with my pets training constantly it will be years before any of them reaches 5000 level. Many years.
@cartel I think you're looking at the wrong pet, I was referring to Cumin. He's level 1008 but his other stats are mid 300s, I can train him but the courses take a lot longer than they would if he were at a lower level.
@PoodlePuff if you took your pet down to L150 you STILL wouldn't be able to train it until you raised your level again.

The only level reducer I know is Shattered Skull of Power which was a plot prize. There's not enough of them on shop search to reduce my pet from level 1007 to level 150ish (I know it's my fault for training him like that but I don't like how it's now almost impossible to train him).
Some might want this. I confess I do not. What I do want is for me to go back, way back like all the way back before and right before the reset when because I could not see any battleground I chose not to start training HRH then. I wish I would have started from the get go. So @Keith and your sweet staff if you could collectively ask me...WTH were you thinking????!!!! <3 it would be so deserved. I would say a slap upside the head, but I have had 4 dentist visits this week and a slap upside the head would surely be the death of me.
If you need to ask what the point of these are, you should probably just stop training/battling, and go back to making HAs.

I CAN EVEN PECCANT OUT TO 666 STATS. I CAN EVEN OUT ALL OF MY PETS. THIS IS AMAZING. AND CAPS ARE REQUIRED.

Actually, I may be wrong about uncapping. My pet is still slightly over cap because he got stats from scratch cards and job agency, before they fix that hole. Someone else will have to test this to know for sure.
All of them are really pretty, bought one set and can't decide in which Treasure Chest to put. XD

Yeah, they may work on capped pets but they don't uncap the pet so you can put the stats somewhere else. Word of warning for those who want to rebuild a capped pet. Have to wait for the cap raise to move those stats around.

I have a pet I want to have a specific amount of stats, but I was always too afraid to try to train it, in case I missed the desired stat by 1 :D Now, I can try it and just buy these thingies to help if i "overtrain". Awesome!! (aweseome art, too :) )

People want to restat for better builds and there are some people like me who want to see the world burn, and made all of their pet stats 0.
I'm glad they were made for medium tokens, though I wouldn't have minded a bit higher cost.
I'll wait until after the cap increase of course to use any cause who knows wtfs gonna happen then :P.

OK, I just dont get why you'd EVER want to REDUCE your stats. (except perhaps level to reduce training costs, which is the missing one). What am I missing?

Love them as minions,though as a tier 9 would not want to reduce any stats and can not see why any sane person would want to waste sp to do so!

Because there is a stat cap, right now it's 22k total str/def/hp/spd in combination. If you want to change how your stats are when you are capped, you have to lower certain stats to make others higher.
I am confused why would you want to lower your stats?? I have been paying a lot to build mine up

These are beautiful. And useful too... But mostly beautiful. (I don't currently have any pets who need to reduce any stats, except maybe Level, which isn't available.) I've got a couple of pets who want these for their TCs.
Wow, I just was randomly reading the forum post where everyone begged for these. I'm not a battler but it sounds like a lot of people will be very happy about this! :D
Shame there isn't one for level. I know there are probably reasons for that, but I have a pet I wanted to keep at even tens that got hit with a level increase (from a scratchcard, I think?), and I'd love to be able to fix him.
Still, glad to see these finally happen. I may use some on my main battle pet eventually.

I LOVE this because I HATE uneven stats with my non-battle pets (odd numbers). So this lets me fix it from random events or job increases without having to spend a ton of time and sP training just to keep getting more uneven numbers. Love it!

The training center always loves giving me +1 stat, so going two stats down to go gamble stats up is just as unappealing as just buying a booster to fix the uneven stats in the first place. These would have been 99% more awesome if they'd have just removed one stat :T

There's no level leech because level does not contribute to the stat total affected by the cap. For people confused as to why you would want to remove stats- some people hit the cap very quickly because their stats were already very high, but because of the distribution of their stats defeating the hardest opponents is more difficult than it should be. Reorganizing stats (usually removing speed and adding to the other attributes) should help some capped pets a lot.

We want stat reducers because when you have a finite number of stats you can possibly have (22k), you don't want useless stats floating around in things you don't need, like speed.

These are used to slowly adjust your build because at the cap, you cannot adjust it. Speed is fairly unused so pets with too high of speed will want to move some of that to other stats, hp/str, you know, the useful stats.
Can I have the leeches after they've sucked the stats from the stronger pets so I can make my own stronger
