New Garden Friend: Pipaphyta Muscivorus
You will need to have a garden level of at least 4 to plant the Pipaphyta Muscivorus Seed. Level 4 requires at least 6,000XP.

Morph seeds are marked with ⚠ in the seed picker on a tilled plot. When you harvest one, you'll get a confirmation screen to pick which pet transforms, so there are no accidents.

I would like the journal to show if I have grown the pet species seeds, and if I'm saying stuff already I think the instant seeds could also show up there. I get why they don't, but my brain thinks they ought to be there.
I was already excited for the new pet, but I had no idea it was going to be a FROG. I cannot handle my excitement. I do not even have the words to describe how much I love this.
I think this update may have caused the Celebration Seeds event to disappear? Or is it over already?
Having grown an Aeanoid in the new garden (Hello, Captain Jean Luc Skywalker and your new species), I'm a little disappointed there isn't a way to have it in the journal and it looks like it's the same for this one. :(
Ooooh so cute!! I'm excited to see more gardening pets. I did accidentally plant an Aenoid seed the other day haha, which I was not planning on keeping. I wish there were a confirmation pop-up about planting morphing seeds!

@Amber lol I figured it was rare, I needed to open those packs anyway at some point xD I might be tempted to go the CSC route when I have a pet slot for the cutie ^_^

The frog is very rare, @PeachGoblin! That's why we put the seed in the Cash Shop if people don't want to take the gamble. Some people like the rush tho!

ooohhhh, I do like it, but I don't know if that's what my garden pet Tilling wants to become, I think I'll wait and see if a seed turns up for me to decide.
Had a couple of concerns about changes in the gardens @Amber I like the new market prices, but it seems the multiplier for tiers other than beginner has been forgotten. Novice should be 1.25 times the price and Amateur is listed as 1.75 times the base price, but instead all the prices are showing the same for all tiers of harvested plants? It didn't used to be that way before the change.
The new achievements are good but it seems they only show when you do something related to them, so those who have already finished their journal at 133 plants are unable to claim the achievement at all. Unless it automatically increases when we get new non-morph seeds I don't know whether they will be able to in the future either?
And lastly, the Green Thumb one is simply unachievable as it currently stands. People have done the math and to get 40 green thumbs will take nearly 70 years... there's not even a prize for any tier of it 😭😭😭 Not even a title. Honestly, even one Green Thumb deserves to be celebrated to the fullest with the amount of time they take; max should be maaaaaybe five and it's still the longest thing you've got on achievements.

I don't really want to change any of my pets but grabbed and planted the seed before I realized that part of it. Guess I will have to get another pet slot. I have a pet I wanted to change but was hoping for a new wild pet for him. I wish the garden achievements would catch up since I have all of them at least part way. It would be awful if we have to start over from scratch after working hard gardening for months.
Very tempted to change my Muggle-born to this.. Gotta work on my garden yet still, so that'll give me time to decide!
I know this new friend vwry likely won't have new colors, but part of me kinda wishes the new plant pets went the Experiment way and had Scribble and Chibi versions as well... Or at least Scribble versions, since Scribble pets usually take like less than an hour to draw.

@BoaConstrictor There isn't an actual plant from it, so I don't think it'd go in the harvest store? I'll check with Keith.
Why didn't I consider that these pets might resemble animals? I guess I was too busy thinking of things that would look similar to the Aenoid.
