Site Updates



First, there are some items / images / pets that may not be loading. If you have an item that does not load, please post a comment on David's profile, let him know what page it is on. Please clear your cache if you are having difficulty getting images to load. DO NOT make a bug report on this, it will just get deleted, as its not a bug in code.

Missing accounts


Some of you may have come to find your entire account mysteriously vanish. Not all is lost! Please create a new account, and immediately sMail David the name of one or more of your old pets, your pin number, if one was set, and name at least three items in your inventory. Also, include how much sP you had on hand and in your sP vault. Do not create any pets/play the game on your new account, all items will be lost when your old pets /items are transferred to the new account.


Fan Site UPDATE
All fan sites will notice that their item/pet databases are now giving red x's. This is because our pets and items were moved from subeta.org/items and subeta.org/pets to subeta.org/images/pets and subeta.org/images/items, please make these changes accordingly on your fan site.


A large sum of bug fixes went through recently, however, some new bugs may have unknowingly been created. Please be patient while we filter through the site to find and rectify these errors. Thank you.

i agree with another person, theres no place to put a comment on davids profile and i know he and the other staff must be very busy.<br />

I cant see any of the items on my wishlist, the items in the wizards quest dont show up, the little random items on the top right of the page dont show up, the slots game goes to a blank page, the scratchcard place takes my points and never gives me a card.. and thats all i can think of at the moment. <br />

Other than that the site has been performing well, i dont mind the missing pictures much. Less lag in loading pages but i hesitated to say anything about them until you got some of the people who had accounts deleted back to normal. I feel sorry they had to miss out on restocking and games for a while.<br />

Yes some have had their accounts returned to them. They are working as hard as they can. You need to be patient. Miriam2204 also said that if David's box is full, that you can send your info to Keith.

Penelo, I agree with you and I don't expect his inbox to be cleared until he has taken care of all the mails he has currently. I was more curious to see if anyone had gotten their account restored yet. At least that way we could see that progress is being made.

Davids inbox has been full for days- isn't there someone else who could help him out with the missing accounts? I've also been trying to smail him my info and no luck. I'm thinking it would have been better for one person to handle missing accounts and someone else to handle the missing images. That is too much for one person, plus I feel like the missing accounts are more important and should have priority. (and I would feel that way even if I did not have a missing account.)

I just am here to thank David. You were nice and helpful to me when my account disappeared. I know you must be stressed with all the people trying to mail you. Hang in there. I have faith in you and will wait patiently for you to return my pets. And thank you to the rest of the staff for working so hard to get everything back to normal. Your work is appreciated by me and many of the others I know. I wish you luck as I know it must be hard. Thank you all. For now I am content in talking to my friends and working on art of my pets for their return.

I have also noticed that for the past day and a half (approx.) the "ToyWiz.com" banner has been sitting in the middle of almost every page and has covered up my access to my left sidebar (i.e. Pets, Preferences, etc.), as well as my sp "Deposit Button" and my "Accept a Friend" button. It has also interfered with the "Search Shop" results. Is it Gremlins...or something more sinister???? <br />

The staff is going to get your account back, and are trying hard at it. I think that is as fair as it gets.<br />

They just shouldn't complain about minor, pre-known problems like the wizard-quests is all. Like HiddenAgenda said, the missing accounts are the priority.

Yeah, I need to 'side' with Zachie. I'm not concerned with whether I can do Wizard Quests or do any gaming. Right now there's so many people without their accounts, my Fiance being one of them, and I'd much rather see everyone get their stuff returned to them, and their accounts functioning, than worry about something like Wizard Quests. The lost accounts are the priority. And I'm willing to be patient.

Yes, that is a bug, but you can easily fix it by deleting your cookies. If you don't know how, well Google is your friend.

Its after midnight and nothing is reset. I can't collect any interest or do any quests because it says I have already completed them for the day. I'm also having trouble with the ToyWiz ad and the donation center. I couldn't finish my games because the ad was blocking them. Thank you for working on these problems.

I went to the donation center and i tried to click on an item and it wont let me click on anything. I cannot do my quests when i do i get the Toywiz ad covering up my item so i cant see the item to know what to get and it is also covering up my random game and makes it hard to do I did do it but i gotta carefully click right below the ad and in the bottom corner of the dice to get to the random game. Right now im going nuts not being able to do my quests. *pulling at my hair*

The bottom banner (Toywiz,com) and the staff page, terms & condtions ect in the center of every page on the site? You can't access anything from Communicate and Pesonal on the left sidebar (Preferences, pets,ect). It even covers Atebus on the explore map. I'm using IE7. Hrm, well... it's good that deleted accounts are addressed but my sister had only been playing a short time when it disappeared. She remade her account and has been playing on it for two weeks. There's no way she'd want to claim her other since you lose everything...

some people are saying the register page isn't working, and some other people had a question about what would happen if they don't remember certian things you'd like to know.<br />

Not a lot of accounts were lost, but some were still lost, unfortunately. Only their username/points were actually deleted, all their pets and items and such remain, so they just have to claim it. Thats why I say they have to sMail me, its sensitive information :p
