o gets cornered by an animal, super afraid, closes eyes and sees snowy owl upon reopening his eyes, really happy about being saved, becomes friends with snowy owl, tries to impress her, becomes strong

He knew open spaces could be dangerous and tried to avoid them so it didn't surprise him to run into a fox. He had only heard stories about those animals and they were terrifying! In fact he was too afraid to move, closed his eyes and hoped for a miracle.
He waited and waited for the fox to attack him. Reluctantly he open his eyes. The fox was nowhere to be seen, instead he saw a big white owl.
