Elihoreph is an cool man with an icy facade that gives way to a warmer disposition. Do not let him fool you with that icy face... he goes sparkly eyed over any winter animal. Deep within the forest of Subeta, Eli runs a rescue shelter for creatures of the Arctic that are abandoned by their owners carelessly. Like so many they are purchased for shock value when they are small, but when their ignorant owners take them in, they find they can't control a wild animal. So they abandon the poor minions to the heat of River Valley and the salt water of Delphi. Eli takes in these poor minions and give them the environment they need to survive.

Eli and his minions live in a series of dome like buildings... sealed off from the outside with huge panes of think glass and steel doors. Inside the temperature is below zero and the snow falls from the ceilings. The wind blows with winter breath and the water flows pure and cold. The happy minions burrow in the snow, roost in the trees and swim in the lakes. Eli lives in a small hut amongst his beloved animals. Solitary and aloft, Eli lets few in his winter wonderland.
