Leasels are physiologically similar to real world ferrets, but with several significant differences. Firstly, they're capable of walking on their hind legs with total ease and comfort. They're also considerably larger than ferrets, as their heights can range between four and five feet when standing erect. Lastly, they possess manes growing from the tops of their heads, down along their backs, and ending in a long fluffy tails. A male's mane tends to encompass his neck, while a female's does not.

AppearanceSam stands at around four feet and five inches when on two legs. Her mane is especially thick and messy atop her head, but thinner than normal along her back. She has pointed ears, an angular muzzle, and slanted, oval shaped eyes. Color-wise, she has light grey base fur, a dark grey nose and paw pads, and blue eyes. While her mane is naturally black, she consistently dyes it different random colors ranging from lime green, to hot pink, to pastel purple. Any color really. More often than not however, Sam's too lazy to finish the dye job, or simply runs out of dye to use, and ends up stopping halfway down her back. This gives her the look of having a colored mane that fades out into a natural black tail. Samuletta also has permanent dye in her base fur, which is the equivalent of a tattoo for a furred species. The most noticeable dye is a cluster of dark gray four pointed stars over her left eye and a fraction of the left side of her face. She also has dark grey checker patterns dyed as collar and cuff-like rings around her neck, wrists, and ankles. They start as thin, solid ring shapes around these five points, and descend down her neck and up her limps in circular rows of checkered squares, eventually fading out near the base of her throat, her elbows, and below her knees. Accessory-wise, Sam likes to wear high cut jackets, which she usually conceals a double holstered pistol strap underneath. It's also a rare sight to see her without some sort of music player clipped to her jacket, and sporting earbuds.

Human AppearanceIs a half white, half Chinese woman with beige skin, blue eyes, and black hair. She has an average build, and stands around 5'5 ft tall. It's rare to see her with her natural hair tone, as she frequently dyes it different energetic colors. These colors range from lime green, to hot pink, to pastel purple, to pretty much any odd color that fits her mood. While the color of her hair tends to change, she generally to sticks to one distinct haircut, that being a short, chin-length cut styled to look purposely and fashionably shaggy. Fashion-wise, she'll wear pretty much anything, but has a fondness for high cut jackets and cowboy boots. Her jackets usually serve to conceal a double holstered pistol strap when she has a need to be armed. It's also rare to see her without some sort of music player clipped to her jacket, and earbuds dangling from her head.
