You decided to play with Ethan today

Their house was situated in an obscure place called "Lazuli Island." With the help of luck and magical beads, you were able to finally see their home. They live in a huge tree house which is quite common in this area. You were about to ring the doorbell when someone suddenly poked your back. You immediately looked behind you but there was no one in sight. You heard a child giggle as you turned around. On your peripheral vision, you could see a yellow dragon prancing around. He kept chuckling as he circled around you. You tried to catch the little prankster in your arms. But he escaped your embrace and was quick to flee. You chased the little one but moments later you lost sight of him.

The yellow blob hid himself from you. But it was a piece of cake to know where he was located. You just have to listen. You heard a faint sound of laughter. You followed it and it led to a stone pathway. Your inner child self could not resist hopping on each stone step. As you trudged further you were able to reach the gardens. Today Plushie plants and flowers were in full bloom. You could see cute and patchy daffodils and lilacs. The plushie lavender trellis was a sight to behold, too. Huge Plushie mushrooms were standing proudly, as well. But you noticed that one mushroom in particular has a peculiar yellow tail. It was also holding back laughter. You smiled and quickly grabbed the yellow creature. He was finally at your mercy. His punishment would be endless tickling!

You could hear laughter echo all around the island.

After the punishment, the hood of the dragon suit came off revealing no other than the cheeky little boy named Ethan. He was sporting a yellow onesie with a red flower patterned bow tie. He had caramel colored hair and reddish brown eyes. He had the same almond-shaped eyebrows like his sister Faith.

Thank you so much for playing with me Ethan grinned as he hugged you. He was bored and had no one to play with today, since Pettunia, his pet is currently asleep. You sat down on the grass to rest from the chase earlier. He sat beside you and showed you his new plush toy.

Isn't he cute?

I always wanted a pet slime! Look how cute and cool they are!?! They have big eyes and they are always smiling! The zombie ones have this very nice grinning face, as well. But my sister dislikes them. She says that they are slimy and will only leave a huge mess. She gave me a plushie one instead. Cerulean and Lawrence agreed with me that they have very cute smiles. They promised me that we will get one when I'm older and more responsible.

You asked him if Pettunia was still important

Of course! Pettunia is an important part of the family! Slimes and Pettunia are entirely a different matter. Pettunia is my best friend and he joins me wherever I go. Pettunia loves to play hide and seek with me, too. I always give him veggies and strawberries. After he eats yucky vegetables, he gets super lazy and you can't make him move at all. He is currently sleeping right now and I don't want to disturb him.

Ethan lets out a very deep sigh. You noticed that he looked a bit sad and not his usual cheerful self. You asked if there was something wrong.

Pettunia and I were supposed to go to the carnival. Faith and Cerulean promised to take me today but it seems that they became busy. He sighs some more. The carnival would be moving to another place by tomorrow, as well.

Would you like to go to the Carnival with me? You asked.

His face suddenly lits up. You bet! Let me ask permission first :D
