Named after the character "Everett Backstrom" on the TV series (and within the book series Backstrom) I made this fella to honor the true-blue grumpy cat himself. Mr. Everett Backstrom. Backstrom is a cynical fella, rarely finding good within anyone, an unhappy man, who's made many poor life choices and continues to do so in an addicted manner, from smoking, to drinking, to refusal to take his medications and take care of himself properly. Everett Backstom is a ticking time bomb. A few bad calls from complete body collapse.
Though stubborn and dangerous (to himself) he's a wise man. An observant man. Doing a painstakingly awesome job for the local Crime Division of Portland, Oregon. Helping to solve hate crimes, helping to solve fetish murders, and the whole whole, offering the world a bunch of fashion "do nots" in his ugly red poncho.
Here's to you, Mr. Everett Backstrom. You might be a wrecking ball, but you're by far the most entertaining one I have ever come across and I love to see you work!
