Body type: Fairly lean and wiry, Cinereous is rather dissimilar to Tsuichi in build. Though he is also quite leggy for his own size, he's still a good deal smaller than Tsuichi. Due to his lean form, he's even been mistaken for a girl on occasion, but that's a different story.
Face type: His fangs might seem a bit shorter than some Telenines, but they still protrude from his upper jaw, and come to a point just under his chin. But don't be fooled, his fangs are solid and sharp, and he know how to use them. His ears come to a sharp point, and his back spines only start on his neck, not his head. Atop his head he has a ruff of fur instead of spines
Fur pattern: Cin's fur is generally a green-grey slate hue over most of his body. The insides of his ears are generally slightly lighter in hue, while the longer fur atop his head is generally a darker brown to black in color.
Eye Type: Cin's eyes are a brilliant cerulean blue which stand out brightly against his often rather drab fur. They are elliptical in pupil shape, more suited for the night than bright lights.
Clothing/Adornments: In quad form Cin adamantly refuses to wear any sort of adornment of any sort, as he hates humans and considers anything that a creature would wear shows that they are slaves to a human. However he seems to have no vices against drinking the human creation of alcohol. Indeed, he can often be found with a bottle of booze near him.
In anthro form though, Cin is most often seen with a short or no-sleeve camo shirt, why he likes camo is beyond most of us. His pants are generally either semi baggy sweat pants or your average slacks. Either way, they are always either charcoal grey or black.
Speaking Style: Cin's dialect is certainly not high class, no, his style of speech is right out of the gutter. He often speaks with a heavy slur or slang accent. Of course, that slur is often even more present when he's not sober, which is actually fairly common.
General Demeanor: Bored and looking for entertainment. This guy loves looking for some mischief, and has no problem encouraging someone else into doing something stupid so he can watch them get their rear end handed to them. He also doesn't know when to quit, and can often irk someone just a little too much…
Career: What, you expect this bum to have a job? Cin is a free-loader, and wanders the streets most of the time. It's only when he causes too much trouble and Tsuichi catches him that he is forced to a home, and even then, he still won't work
Prejudices: Cin hates humans, and in turn thinks any pet that has a human is a weak fool. He also despised cops of any sort, and pretty much anyone who tries to hold a law or rule over his head. This causes him to but heads with Tsuichi constantly.
Best Qualities: Light and fast, Cin is fairly adept at running from things, albeit the cops or someone after his head. He also has no inhibitions about telling you what he thinks out right.
Worst Qualities: His mouth also gets him into a fair amount of trouble, though he often does that on purpose. He also has a very bad drinking problem, indeed, he spends most of his time drunk to some degree. It's a rare time of a rare day that you can find this Telenine sober.
Weaknesses: While fast, Cin does not have the endurance or strength to stand up to many larger opponents, not that he won't try. And while his bite is fast and sharp, it does not have the crushing force some others have. Really, he is a tenderfoot deep down inside, but he'll never admit it.
Hobbies: Causing mischief when he's not sober seems to be this Telenine's greatest joy in life. And he'll do just about anything to get himself liquored up enough to go have some fun.
Talents: Being able to drink other people under the table. Irritating people? Is that a talent?
