For many tutani sharks their reputation as mindless eating machines is entirely false, as while tutani sharks may look frightening, they would very rarely attack humans. The same cannot be said for Shark, whose reputation is very well deserved. Shark is one of the largest and certainly the most ferocious tutani shark in all of Subeta. There's nothing he enjoys more than terrorising beaches and snapping up tourists.

With over 3000 razor-sharp teeth, Shark is definitely not one to be messed with. Countless attempts have been made to try and capture Shark, but all have been unsuccessful.

Shark is feared by his fellow aquatic critters just as much as he is feared by people. When he isn't targeting humans, Shark likes to attack reef dwellers instead, particularly those who inhabit Whale's reef. The fact that Whale was chosen to rule the reef angers Shark, who considers himself to be the king of the oceans, and anyone else claiming to be so is therefore an enemy.
