'For London's Greatest Hero: Odyssey'
"You seem unimpressed Andrew, why is that?" The woman eyes the hero nervously, "It's a statue befitting of your image as the greatest hero in the city, the queen herself approved of it."
"There isn't much to be impressed about." The usually upbeat and glowing hero sounds glum, bored. This shocks his publicist, who isn't sure how to reply at first.
"Well what's wrong with it?" She finally asks.
Andrew stares at the statue of him in his hero costume, hands on his hips and lips stretched into a charismatic grin. It was his usual heroic pose, and yet...
His hand resting against his side clenches into a fist, nails digging into the palm of his hand. How exactly can he relay how he feels? This statue isn't him.
Odyssey was nothing more than a mask, a false persona to earn the trust of the foolish people. He doesn't say this out loud, but simply laughs and shrugs, easing the tension in the air.
