Hygiea is quite the charmer, but beware, the more effort he uses to charm you the more likely it is you will find missing items in your inventory and vault... He's a bit of a clepto. He enjoys spending time looking for treasures he can hoard and he feels there is never enough. His kappa buddy and him swim and dive all over looking for potential victims to harass for their bountiful booty. -erhem- That could be taken either way considering the legend of the Kappa... You can often find them near a riverside smoking on their hookah when they are not seeking out treasure.He works with Algae Paw, Space Pirate, and Scuttlebutt. They are a band of pirates but they all have their duties. Hygiea directly orders Scuttlebutt, actually, Scuttlebutt is kinda the underdog considering she's a popoko... so everyone kinda orders her around. Hygiea, Space Pirate, and Algae Paw all conspire in their pirating endeavors. Let's just say, I. Rizzy, am not REALLY their owner... They are kinda their own enterprise. I somewhat assist them, I suppose. I at least supplied them a ship which we all live on, however, Hygiea and Algae Paw are co-captains.
