Background: Not much is known about his family or childhood. He grew up on the street mostly, joined a few gangs and worked his way up in ranks until he was controlling a large network in distributing all sorts of drugs. His control was cut short swiftly when he butted heads with a certain Jim Moriarty and after ‘gentle’ persuasion after Moriarty had dismantled his entire network he was left with two options- join and work for the man or meet his maker.

Dekker, although very unwilling at first, tackled his pride and decided that living and earning a good sum to live a rather lavish life style- something that had always had top priority in his life- was better than pushing up daisies.

Once again he made his way up the ranks because he displayed a great deal of strong will, loyalty and wit, educating himself in all sorts of useful things so Moriarty put him in charge of his staff. Until Sebastian Moran joined and took over his spot. Since then Dekker has been lamenting his loss and his relationship with Moran is strictly a work relationship with the occasional tension and Sebastian taking mild stabs at Dekker’s pride.

Dekker lives a very expensive life style, loves expensive tailor made suits, good food and fast cars. He owns a rat named ‘Queen’ and enjoys going out to fancy restaurants on the weekends or to one of the higher class clubs. He is currently single.
