Kyle's life never has been pretty spectacular besides the fact that for a long time in his youth he cared for no one besides himself - until that fateful day in 2017 when his grandma called him on the phone, crying and telling him about a phonecall she had received a few days prior because of a refund she was going to get on her internet security program.

Long story short – she got refunded not only 200$ but 2000$ because of an error in the system, how the support told her, before explaining her how to return the exceeding 1800$ to his company.

She did, but unfortunately the problem was that there was no refund at all and she did not receive 2000$ but got scammed by 1800$. Absolutely shattered about this she contacted Kyle, after his parents already called her a stupid old woman for being so gullible. She never asked for financial help, even though she did not know how to pay her bills and groceries. She only wanted to talk to someone who would listen and comfort her. Kyle, much to her spurprise, did.

That day something in Kyle changed and he did not only help his grandma by paying her bills and buying her groceries, he also began collecting numbers from various shady call centers by baiting them to call him. He asked a friend to teach him more about computers, more in depth knowledge about „virtual computers“ and other things. He started his revenge.

Until today he often spends hours with self-proclaimed Michaels from Chicago, Daniels from New York and Katherines from Florida on the phone who are clearly sitting in some call center in India, wasting their time. If he can distract them for a while, he knows that there are many other people who won't get scammed for the meantime, even if it means receiving serious death threats from some of his victims...
