Kaio is a demon who's bored to death in his world.
To pass the time, he finds a wormhole portal that allows him to travel through time and space where he can scare and spook residents out of a building in the modern era.
This is how he ultimately ends up meeting Insooni, a girl who leases the space to turn it into a ramen shop.

Insert joke about how he stole and tried dropping a Deathnote into the mortal realm and Insooni ended up using it as a bullet journal. Insooni reads the "how to use" section, decides it's stupid and mean, and starts using it as a bullet journal so as not to waste the paper. LMAOOOOO
