Karamasov has been using a rifle since the age of five. He grew up in a family of hunters and poachers but after landing in prison for a year he changed his career and joined the army. He didn’t stay long though because he had the unfortunate habit to butt heads with those that rubbed him the wrong way and finally decided that all the work wasn’t worth it for the little pay it got him. Afterward he joined a group of mercenaries and fought for all sorts of men and causes though never made any his own. During one of his jobs he crossed ways with Jim Moriarty and it didn’t take much persuasion to acquire the man’s services. For a while he was the link between Moriarty’s London headquarters and his Indian branch, which was part of a punishment after fucking up a mission badly that almost got several of Jim’s men killed. Since then he’s worked hard though and was ‘pardoned’ and brought back to London.

The Russian is known for his explosive temper and is a bit of a loose cannon. Paired with Lafayette he can be up to quite some mischief but since Moran took over staff he’s been putting a lid of Karamasov’s antics. After his time in India he’s become calmer though and paired up with Kamal and the always stoic Anderson he has made sure to show he’s worth being kept around.

When he’s not at work Karamasov often gets together with a few Russian born friends to go pub hopping and clubbing. He collects Russian antique books and prefers his coffee from a Samovar over a coffee machine. His flat is an eclectic collection of all sorts of weird objects from Eastern Europe and whatever had caught his interest while in India.
