A guardian angel is assigned to every person on Earth, regardless of belief, religion, status, shape, or size. We all have the privilege of having a personal angel that is willing to talk to us, if we are willing to talk to them. We can talk to our angels outside of horrible accidents and life threatening situations. We can befriend our angels for knowledge and insight about situations in our lives. We can also ask to speak with the guardian angels of other people in our lives that we love and care about.

Guardian angels can bring us joy if we are willing to reach out to them and extend our hand for friendship and humor. Angels are funny. There is no need to be very serious with your angels. They love to laugh! Your guardian angel is more than your protector: they are your friend.

Make sure to give thanks to your angel everyday. They never go on vacation. They are always with you, helping you through things, and keeping you in their thoughts at all times. They are always on your side. To focus on your angel, you can recite:

After a very long and stressful day, it is time to wind down. You can do this with your angel for peace and company. Review your day, in terms of what worked and what didn't. There's no time to think about tomorrow right now. Think about today, and ask your angel for insight. Make sure to give thanks for the happy and funny moments you had in the day.

If you are anxious about tomorrow, think about exactly how you want it to turn out. Try not to assume that bad things will happen, but even if something bad happened, you have the tools in your belt that you need to get through the day. Your angel will help you, too. You are not alone.
